I am Chef Fernando, originally from Chile, and I take pride in being a culinary virtuoso with over 15 years of experience in kitchens across Chile, Australia, and Thailand. As the head chef at Casa Boho Phuket, my passion for Latin American cuisine shines through in every dish, offering an authentic dining experience that’s truly unique in Phuket. I’ve crafted a menu that blends bold, diverse flavors from various Latin countries, showcasing the best of Latin American culinary traditions.

Some dishes perfectly embody this fusion, like my Tiradito Hamachi and Pulpo a la Parrilla. These creations reflect my experience in both Peruvian and Nikkei cuisine. I highly recommend that everyone try my Ceviche and Empanadas De Carne, but honestly, all of my dishes are to die for!

Resort Experiences Manager

Milos Zivkovic, known as Mickey, is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in resort operations and consulting.

As the Resort Experiences Manager at Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort, Mickey oversees Camp Hyatt, the recreation team, and the Marine Biological Center. With a passion for creating unique guest experiences, he has organized numerous birthday parties and team-building events, significantly boosting guest satisfaction and revenue.

Mickey's expertise spans Sport & Recreation, Spa, Front Office, and Food & Beverage departments. He is also the first Recreation Specialist appointed by Hyatt Hotels Corporation, curating wellness programs and activities. His commitment to marine conservation and education is evident through the innovative programs at the Marine Biological Center. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort, Thailand, Anshul has consistently demonstrated expertise in driving revenue growth, fostering strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional client experiences across international markets.

Anshul leads the International Sales division, defining and executing strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Chef Vivek is a Western Cuisine Progressive Chef with Asian influence who creates an enjoyable and unsurpassed dining experience.

Over 14 years for hard working and practice his cooking, he realized that cooking is also an art, it is not solely about good taste. The food must also appealing. Chef Vivek culinary philosophy is all about the balancing of beautiful natural and fresh local ingredients, his food also influence by his travel journey of different parts of Asia such as India, South Korea and Thailand.
